TIBA is one of the pioneers among international forwarding companies from Spain; it has been on the market since 1975 and specializes in shipments by sea, air, and road, as well as customs escort.
TIBA and ABIPA share similar modus operandi and quality standards; a well-established reciprocal payment system facilitates financial issues both for the partners and the customer.
The two companies were tasked with planning and performing the transportation of a foundry dismantled in Spain for one of the biggest players on the Russian climatic equipment market.
The project included:
- organizing loading on special platforms
- shipping the cargo to the Port of Ferrol
- unloading at the port and loading onto a vessel for CFD, Russia
Three months of joint work of TIBA and ABIPA international teams resulted in creating 8 oversized and heavy cargo units with a maximum weight of 86 tonnes and total weight of nearly 210 tonnes; they were packed, loaded, and delivered to the port on schedule.
ABIPA team with a vast experience on the Russian market helped its partner find an optimal shipment solution taking into account Russian customs legislation and demands of the supervisory authorities.
